Bill has over 20 years executive management experience in the financial information services industry. Prior to joining GaleForce, Bill was Managing Director, Wealth Management at Dow Jones. Bill was responsible for creating the Dow Jones Advisor and Dow Jones News Distribution products. Previous to Dow Jones, Bill was Executive Vice President at Generate Inc, a startup focused in the business networking space. Generate was acquired by Dow Jones in May 2008.

As Managing Director at Thomson Financial, Bill played an integral role in creating their $350 million Wealth Management practice. He achieved this through development, integration of existing assets, and acquisition. Bill was also CEO of the Thomson Financial Solutions Group, an industry leader providing B2B and B2C communities with web and wireless-enabled financial content, tools, consulting, data integration and web publishing services. Bill is an active Board member for AudioEye and Gradient Analytics, and is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Kirk Herrington

Chief Technology Officer

Kirk is an accomplished technology industry executive who has played a key role in the success of a number of leading software companies. He has 20 years of senior-level experience leading the design, development and commercialization of advanced software technologies, as well as extensive strategic and management expertise. Prior to co-founding GaleForce Solutions in 2003, Kirk was Executive Vice President Products and Chief Technology Officer of Pivotal Corporation, a leading vendor of mid-market Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to the financial services and health care industries. During his tenure, Pivotal was recognized as one of the top 10 fastest-growing technologies companies in North America.

Previously, Kirk co-founded Simba Technologies Inc., a data access middleware company, and filled the roles of Chief Technology Officer, and then Chief Executive Officer. In the position of CEO for his last two years with the company, he developed new strategies and restructured the company to capitalize on growth opportunities, and managed a new eBusiness Product unit that ultimately led to a $30 million acquisition by Pivotal Corporation. Among his business achievements, Kirk has won Business in Vancouver’s “Top 40 Under 40” Award, which recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs and executives. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia.

Allenton Deazle

Director, Client Services

Allenton leads GaleForce's Client Services team, overseeing all implementation projects and post-deployment support. Prior to joining GaleForce, Allenton served as a Systems Engineer and Team Leader at Pivotal Corporation. In those roles, he took responsibility for the support, implementation and deployment of numerous software products. Allenton has also served as a LAN Administrator at CB Richard Ellis. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a graduate of York University in Toronto, where he earned a BSc in Computer Science.

Patrick Law

Team Leader, R&D

Patrick is responsible for driving all of GaleForce's development work and for creating new GaleForce products. Before he joined the company, Patrick worked as a systems integrator at various financial services firms, including Washington Mutual Bank, Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs. Previously, he held senior development positions at two Internet start-ups, Marimba and NCompass, which were successfully sold to BMC Software and Microsoft respectively. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.
