Implementation Methodology
Implementing CRM solutions is not software installation. It is a process of transforming corporate CRM strategy into plan, guided by defined processes and principles, including a project management methodology.
GaleForce Solutions actively works with partners on all deployments to ensure our solutions are specifically oriented to each customer, and their industry and business requirements.
The phases of a typical CRM deployment project include:
Envisioning:
Collaborative sessions conducted to identify, organize and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements of the CRM solution, with a specific focus on user adoption
Planning:
Development of a project plan, with a detailed estimate of costs, and milestones mapped against a schedule.
Development:
The build-in phase, incorporating design, configuration, and customization of the solution to meet project requirements, including rule-based business processes.
Deployment:
Testing by end user and IT groups, and cut over.
Post-Deployment:
Focus on product stabilization and post-project review to ensure the business objectives have been met, and end user training courses.
