GaleForce Solutions to Release Version 3.0 of CRM for Financial Services in January 2006

GaleForce Solutions today announced that it will issue beta releases of four new versions of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution in January, 2006.

The versions will address CRM functionality for four financial services lines of business – GaleForce CRM for Wealth Management, GaleForce CRM for Capital Markets, GaleForce CRM for Banking, and GaleForce CRM for Investment Banking.

Based on core Microsoft® CRM technology, the new GaleForce CRM for Financial Services solutions beta version will include all the powerful functionality in Microsoft CRM 3.0 beta version, plus new financial services-specific functionality developed by GaleForce Solutions.

"GaleForce’s new Microsoft CRM V3-based line of business CRM applications typically provide over 90% of the desired financial services functionality, right out of the box for users in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Commercial and Retail Banking. The new editions also include deep support for corporate compliance and security requirements.” said Kirk Herrington, GaleForce Solutions Executive Vice President, Technology & Business Strategy. “Our research shows that these applications dramatically reduce deployment time and can cut overall TCO by a factor of 8, when compared with building an in-house solution."

GaleForce CRM 3.0 Beta will be available to V1.2 and 1.6 customers with active software maintenance agreements, beginning January 15, 2005, and will be available to new customers in the first quarter of 2006. Current customers will receive rights to the specific Line of Business Solution that best meets their needs.
