GaleForce Solutions Strengthens Presence with New CEO and Management Team

GaleForce Solutions, recently inducted into the annual RocketBuilders “Ready to Rocket 25” list highlighting twenty-five privately-held B.C. technology companies ready to rocket in 2004, today announced it is enhancing its strategic management team, appointing John Fraissinet as Chief Executive Officer. Fraissinet will help establish GaleForce Solutions’ leadership position in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by capitalizing on the company’s highly customized financial services solution and its strong relationship with Microsoft.

As CEO, Mr. Fraissinet will lead the Vancouver-based team to work closely with GaleForce Solutions’ partner network to offer best-of-breed Customer Management solutions to financial institutions around the world. Bringing more than 24 years of experience turning technical solutions into solid business advantages, Fraissinet specializes in establishing high-value partnerships and organizational structures that effectively support customers. Previously, Mr. Fraissinet was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Crystal Decisions, where he helped develop the company’s North and South America markets and drive the company’s license base from four million users to over twelve million in his five years with the company.

Ms. Keen brings almost 20 years of strategic marketing leadership to her role at GaleForce Solutions. Prior to joining GaleForce, she held several senior positions during her 7 years with Crystal Decisions, leading teams responsible for B2B, B2C, and Channel marketing, both domestically and internationally.

Ms Ritchie has over 10 years senior operations and finance experience in developing analytical strategies for the technology industry. Her detailed policy development, analytics and reporting had a powerful impact on the strategic direction of the companies she worked for, providing solid foundations for forward-looking decision making.
