GaleForce Solutions Announces New Global Service offering with HP
GaleForce Solutions, a leading provider of customer relationship management software, today announced a partnership with HP to deliver ready-to-deploy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to the Financial Services industry.
GaleForce Solutions and HP have joined forces to offer a CRM solution purpose-built to serve the unique requirements of the Financial Services industry. Leveraging the core technology of Microsoft CRM and GaleForce CRM for Financial Services, HP and GaleForce Solutions will design and install a customized CRM proof-of-concept, called FastTrack CRM for Financial Services, for US$40,000.
The comprehensive FastTrack CRM for Financial Services is a 15-day proof-of-concept engagement which includes design and installation services; a CRM Vision, Strategy and Roadmap Workshop, including requirements gathering and infrastructure analysis; the services of a Business Analyst and Solution Architect; FastTrack CRM requirements/design documentation, including infrastructure plans, for future implementation use; HP hardware preloaded with all software, for use during the engagement; and a working CRM proof-of-concept that addresses tangible business issues within the organization
